Those who break the rule by requiring checkups for Hepatitis B will be punished. Medical staff who disclose details of Hepatitis B carriers will be warned, or required to stop their medical practice, or may even have their physician's certificate canceled.<\/p>\n<p>The three departments require that educational departments and employers do not conduct any checks for Hepatitis B or ask the students or job applicants to provide a Hepatitis B checkup report, nor should they ask them whether they are Hepatitis B virus carriers.
