At the meeting, department director Zhang Huazhong spoke of problems identified during a special check on the sanitation situation of Sanya Bay. Zhang said that because of the improper management of the beach, Palm Beach Resort Sanya's right to use the seashore would be canceled.<\/p>\n<p>The department asked each hotel to strictly abide by the rules when using the seashore and work diligently on the sanitation and security of the seashore they use.
