Chongqing has formally issued a document on the compensation to be given to passengers in case of flight delays.<\/p>\n
The document, which is called Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Irregular Flight Service Standard, details the services and compensation to be given to passengers in case of flight delays. It is said to be the first of its kind ever issued in China.<\/p>\n
The Civil Aviation Administration of China Chongqing Branch has stated that airlines will be asked to cancel their flight schedule for the following quarter or even have their flight operation rights revoked if they do not offer a good solutions to passengers for delays caused by the airline. Jiangbei Airport says that passengers can call 67155777 to make a complaint if they are treated unfairly by airlines.<\/p>\n
