With the joint strength of twelve hotels and the support of over twenty companies, organizations and suppliers, an ambitious target has been set to raise funding for the work of Save the Children China for building a school for disabled children in Anhui Province.<\/p>\n
Save the Children is working on projects with over twenty China provinces and municipalities to improve social services for children with physical or learning disabilities. Disabled children are broadly united through their circumstances, which reveal problems of social exclusion due to discrimination. Their problems might include the abandonment of children, separation or exclusion from school provision, under-achievement at school, social stigma, and isolation from family and community life.
