SGS has announced that it has become the first Global Reporting Initiative-certified trainer to perform certified training for the following countries and regions: Hong Kong, Macau, the Chinese mainland, Singapore, and Taiwan.<\/p>\n
As of June 2010, SGS became the first GRI-certified trainer in the world to use the latest version of the GRI-certified training materials to deliver the GRI-certified training on sustainability reporting.<\/p>\n
In a statement the company says that a broad spectrum of case studies and training would give their clients a more comprehensive view of the best practices for CSR reporting and thus provide them with a competitive edge over other companies.<\/p>\n
