In 2007, China Mobile launched its \"Green Action Plan\", focusing on energy-saving, land and materials, cost-savings, recycling of waste, and environmental protection, with the aim of ensuring a 40% drop in electricity consumption in 2010, compared with with of 2005.<\/p>\n
