{"id":8349,"date":"2011-10-12T09:21:16","date_gmt":"2011-10-12T01:21:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/?p=8349"},"modified":"2011-10-12T09:21:16","modified_gmt":"2011-10-12T01:21:16","slug":"corporate-governance-takes-shape-in-chinese-telecom-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/2011\/10\/12\/8349-corporate-governance-takes-shape-in-chinese-telecom-company\/","title":{"rendered":"Corporate Governance Takes Shape In Chinese Telecom Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chinese telecom group China Mobile has announced the formal establishment of its board of directors, and Wang Jianzhou, chairman of China Mobile, signed services contracts with five outside directors.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The board of directors of China Mobile is formed by nine members, including chairman Wang Jianzhou; deputy chairman and party secretary Xi Guohua; director and general manager Li Yue; director and discipline team leader Huang Wenlin; and five outside directors Ding Zhongzhi, Yu Ning, Tong Bao'an, Chen Geng, and Zhong Ruiming.<\/p>\n<p>Wang said that this move marks the beginning of the normal operation of the group's board of directors.
