The Beijing News says that it asked Tom.com to stop the infringement immediately after finding the illegal behavior, but Tom.com refused to pay for the republished article and continued to use its other articles.<\/p>\n<p>A representative from Tom.com says that they are negotiating with the Beijing News and the unauthorized republishing of the articles may just be a misunderstanding.
