However, the users of the PowerShot S1IS Canon camera were still dissatisfied with Canon's free servicing or components change and they want a better solution.<\/p>\n<p>Huang Song, general manager of the Key Client Sales and Service Department of Canon, said that Canon should take a certain responsibility in handling the problematic cameras and needs to further communicate with the customers about a detailed solution.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1937, Canon is a world leading imaging and information products company.
