Beijing's Radisson SAS Hotel Participates In Hotel Environmental Action Month

In September 2005, the Radisson SAS Hotel, Beijing participated the global Hotel Environment Action Month (HEAM) for the third year.

The aim of HEAM is to further educate employees and guests on environmental and social issues.

On September 8th, 2005, representing the hotel's Responsible Business Team, Peter Cheng, the hotel's Deputy GM, handed out a fresh new set of educational supplies to each student at Bebei province's Ping Shan School, located in a remote village 700km from Beijing.

The hotel helped as well to establish the school's first library with over a hundred new books.
