In order to better protect the travel resources in Taishan Mountain, the management committee of Taishan Mountain plans a RMB24 million budget this year to restore 100 scenic spots in the mountain.

According to their plan, all the restoration work will be completed before 2010, and the maintenance will mainly include repairing old buildings, roads and facilities.

To protect the safety of tourists, Taishan Mountain will close the relevant scenic spots during the restoration.

At present, Guandi Temple, Hong Men Palace, the Confucius Temple and Mo Kong Ge are being rebuilt and their construction work is expected to be done by the end of this year.
