The Chinese Red Cross Foundation (CRCF) has launched a special website for raising donations for children who have contracted severe diseases.
The website, 99et.org, has been designated as the official website to receive online donations and process the applications for help from parents whose children are seriously ill.
The website will focus on children with four main types of diseases including leucocythemia, paralysis, muscular dystrophy and heart disease. Their parents can ask for help online by submitting relevant forms, and financial donors can make donations online.
The Chinese Red Cross Foundation is a national public fundraising organization registered via the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
