The China Suicide Rescue Network has been licensed in Nanjing to help in suicide prevention.
Jointly established by the Nanjing Youth League and Nanjing Municipal Psychological Crisis Intervention Center, this new service has launched a website that serves as a platform for those seeking help. Professional psychologists will be on hand to communicate with them and help them through their problems.
In addition, a campaign called "Cherish Life, Refuse Suicide" has also been started. The China Suicide Rescue Network says many volunteers and psychologists have come to provide education and psychological consultation at high schools and communities.
