In order to create an ideal environment for fighting and resisting business bribes, six government departments and 58 enterprises in Wuhan have made a public promise to combat bribery, under the public's supervision.
The six government departments are Wuhan Construction Commission, Wuhan Transportation Commission, Wuhan City Planning Bureau, Wuhan City Administration Bureau, Wuhan Food and Drug Supervision and Management Bureau and Wuhan Government Outsourcing Department.
The parties have told local media that a healthy business culture and fair competition are vital for a socialist market economy and this needs the joint efforts of the entire society. They will start to counter business bribery among themselves and make contributions to the construction of a new and harmonious Wuhan.
