CIBT Expands Educational Programs Into Central China

Capital Alliance Group has signed an alliance agreement with Hangzhou Jiangnan College for the establishment of an alliance campus and the delivery of various CIBT courses at Hangzhou Jiangnan College including its overseas studies 2+2 and 1+1 programs.
Established in 1999, Hangzhou Jiangnan College is situated on two campuses covering 25 acres of campus land with over 1.61 million square feet of infrastructure. The college offers over 30 specializations including Advertising, Design, Arts Education, Media, Languages, Finance, International Trade, Marketing, Management, and Computer Applications and Science.
"This marks the 12th teaching location outlined in CIBT's aggressive expansion plan," commented Toby Chu, president and CEO of Capital Alliance Group and CIBT. "We currently have 17 new locations under negotiation and we are on track for our "3 Year 50 Locations" plan to be completed by year 2010."
CIBT School of Business operates four campuses in Beijing, two campuses in Weifang, one campus in Anyang, and three learning centers in other cities in China. CIBT has academic partnerships with Beijing University of Technology and Weifang University, and delivers postsecondary business, technology and technical trade skill programs to students and corporations in China.
By cooperating with leading education providers in North America, CIBT says it delivers advanced curricula to meet the progressive needs of China's growing student population.
