Synovate Healthcare has announced the launch of the Synovate Healthcare Diabetes Therapy Monitor in China, a syndicated study combining detailed patient medical records with doctor and patient perceptions, providing comprehensive data on the diabetes market.
Commenting on the new monitor, Synovate Healthcare's Sabina Heinz said, "This is an exciting development for Synovate Healthcare and for our clients. Now, clients can understand diabetes patient management and treatment in the region – not just based on doctors' perceptions of what they do, but what they actually do."
Launched in April, the new monitor currently offers clients access to some 4000 patient records and 200 diabetes specialists in the country. It will be extended to other key Asian markets over the next year, a development that will enable Synovate Healthcare's clients to compare and contrast the treatment of diabetes across Asia Pacific.
The diabetes monitor is the latest addition to Synovate Healthcare's extensive therapy monitor portfolio, which covers oncology, antiviral and autoimmune diseases globally.
