Macao Red Cross Donates Rice In Mainland China

RMB100,000 worth of rice has been donated by Macao Red Cross and distributed to the victims in Jinmen and Yichang counties in Hubei province hit by recent floods.
The officers from Macao Red Cross, national office of the Chinese Red Cross and Hubei branch carried out the distribution.
During their field activity, they also assessed the disaster situation at two affected areas of Qujialing in Jinmen and Wufeng in Yichang. A Macao Red Cross officer says that the organization would try to raise more funds and try to carry out post-disaster rehabilitation at the affected areas.
