Le Royal Meridien Shanghai associates recently donated more than RMB34,000 to help a hotel steward suffering from illness. Hotel General Manager Akram Touma and the human resources department proposed the one-week donation drive, calling for the hotel's 1,200 associates to make generous contributions.
