BAIC Orders 19 Foods Removed From Store Shelves

The Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce recently conducted a spot inspection on food sold at Beijing markets and found that 19 kinds of food were unqualified.
BAIC spot-checked an array of food including meat, seasoning, pickled vegetables, bee products, dried vegetables and bean products. The general situation was found to be good, but 19 kinds of food were found to be substandard, and most of them were about canned foods and soy-based sauces.
The main problem for the cans is that they integrate substandard colorants. The problem with soy is that it contains too little amino acid nitrogen, an important ingredient that shows the quality of the soy (usually the more the amino acid nitrogen, the better the soy) than required.
The problematic goods include Weidaozai soybean sauce made by Guangzhou Hongqiao Wanli Seasoning and Food Co., Ltd; Tianma Jiuzhi Snow Plum made by Guangdong Tianma Fruit Drinks Co., Ltd; Doulaifa Sweet Water Pear Can made by Pingyi County Kangqiao Food Factory; Fumeilin Sweet Water Peach Can made by Linyi Luguan Food Co., Ltd; Dajiale Baked Fish Fillet made by Shandong Laizhou Dajiale Food Co., Ltd; Woyuan Fangpan Preserved Peach made by Beijing Qianzhaolong Trade Co., Ltd; Wanying Sour and Hot Beans made by Tianjin Tongwang Pickles Factory; Chuangxin Wuzhi Lvche Lizi made by Rongcheng Hongda Canning Food Co., Ltd; Youzhi Hongche Lizi by Rongcheng Hongda Canning Food Co., Ltd; Minrong Bamboo Shoot made by Shanghai Minrong Trade Co., Ltd; Herui Soybean Sauce made by Shanxi Qingxu Jinhua Vinegar Co., Ltd; Tengfei Snow Apricot Meat made by Tianjin Tenghui Food Factory; Fenghuang Plum made by Lanzhou Fenghuang Food Co., Ltd; Leshen Soybean Sauce made by Chengde Leshen Food Brewing Co., Ltd; Leshen Sauce made by Chengde Leshen Food Brewing Co., Ltd; Qianlidi Natural Sweet Sauce made by Tianjin Baoliang Green Food Co., Ltd; Huanlejia Sweet Water Plum Can made by Zhanjiang Huanlejia Food Co., Ltd Linyi Branch; Tongle Xiangbalao Roudu by Shenyang Tongle Food Factory and Tongle Jiuguichang by Shenyang Tongle Food Factory.
