China Education Alliance says it has signed a series of strategic collaboration agreements with thirty five domestic education institutions in Beijing that cover subjects including remote education, IT training, vocational qualification education and foreign language.

China Education Alliance has signed collaboration agreements with major educational institutions including: Open Remote Education, Ltd. and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Remote Training Website for remote education; Chinasoft International, the Western District Finance and Economics Training School and CCID Group for IT education; Beijing Jinlu Official Test Research Center and Huatu Education Group for vocational qualification education; and New Power International Education and Beijing Yuanpei Century Translation Co., Ltd. for foreign language education.

These collaborations will allow China Education Alliance to expand its product offering, deliver the subjects provided by all of these domestic educational institutions, and have access to partners' teachers and facilities. In return, these institutions will be able to tap student resources registered under the Company's vocational website. China Education Alliance will act as an agent, collecting a fee for students referred and benefit from its association with these famous institutions. Importantly, the company should be able to accelerate the rollout of its vocational education business, building brand recognition without significant capital investment.

"This is our first effort in cooperating with these leading educational institutions engaging in their respective education segments in China. These agreements should significantly improve our vocational education brand recognition, and help to further integrate our vocational education system by consolidating education resources through collaboration," commented Mr. Xiqun Yu, president, CEO and director of China Education Alliance. "Currently, we have begun to generate incremental revenues from these collaborations, and we will continue to strive to form more partnerships with other well-known educational institutions."
