US DOJ to talk about Asian-based FCPA prosecutions at the Anti-Corruption Asia Congress 2009
Hong Kong, China (December 11, 2008) /ChinaNewswire.com/ — US Department of Justice is now confirmed to speak at the 2nd Annual Anti-Corruption Asia Congress between 19-22 January 2009 in Hong Kong. Assistant United States Attorney, Jim Lord, will be present at the congress to provide participants with a keynote case review of recent and noteworthy Asian-based FCPA investigations and prosecutions, what lessons they can learn from DoJ and to answer questions on FCPA related matters.
