Unqualified PC Components Withdrawn From Beijing Market
Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce has exposed nine kinds of unqualified PC components, including the Xinhu brand switch power made by Shenzhen Qicaihong and Maidi brand sound box made by Shenzhen Maishengdi.
Of the nine unqualified products, four are switch boxes and five are sound boxes. The switch boxes were all found to be unqualified in their load stability features, which may cause unstable performance for the computer, and the sound boxes have problems in frequency response.
BMAIC reminds consumers that they can return the problematic products to the sellers with their purchase vouchers or receipts.
