Emission Reduction Business Service Center Opens In Beijing

The Shanxi Lvliang energy conservation and emission reduction projects business service center has opened in Beijing.

Its main function is to scientifically quantify the emission reduction indexes of local governments and enterprises and analyze the quantified results' effect into the market price.

Core businesses of the service center include the emission reduction businesses of gas use during exploitation of coal; coal power generation and coal products' deep-processing; and import/export trade and bidding of the businesses.

The service center will help China enter the global carbon trade market and to enable China to acquire capital income of greenhouse gas emissions reduction. The center will also allow researchers to learn advanced technologies from other countries in clean energy, renewable energy and energy conservation.
