The Dongfang Yuhong 1998-2008 Corporate Social Responsibility Report, which is said to be the first of its kind from a company in China's architectural waterproofing industry, has been formally released in Beijing.
As the first company of China's architectural waterproof industry that has ever published a CSR report, Dongfang Yuhong has made "Seeking to be No. 1" a motto for its growth. The company owns a waterproof material testing center that is the first that has ever received certification from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment and CMA measurement. In addition it is the owner of "Yuhong" — the most famous trademark in China's architectural waterproofing sector.
Li Weiguo, the president of Dongfang Yuhong, said at the publishing ceremony that since its establishment Dongfang Yuhong has been committed to creating a lasting and safe environment for people by systematically solving the water leakage problems of buildings. Li said that this mission has been the biggest driving force for Dongfang Yuhong's development.
Set up in 1995 in Hunan, Dongfang Yugong is a dragon-head company in China that engages in manufacturing waterproofing material, research and development, and construction design. The company's products are well sold not only in China but also more than 40 countries and regions across the world.
