School Kids Learn Hygiene Fundamentals In BeijingShirley He, the hygienist of the Kerry Centre Hotel in Beijing, and hotel chefs Laurence Foo and Eddie Xu, along with members of the hotel staff recently gave a friendly presentation to 30 children at the Dandelion School, which is sponsored by the Kerry Group Kuok's Foundation. In the session, the children learned about food hygiene practices such as how to avoid food poisoning, and the importance of washing hands and cleaning chinaware.
