CNNIC Launches Online Complaint Reporting Service

News from China Internet Network Information Center is that it has published an online complaint reporting service to encourage Internet users to report on bad domain names in an effort to clean up the online environment for teenagers.

Users can log on jubao.cnnic.cn to report bad domain names. CNNIC will investigate and verify the domain names complaints by users in a timely manner while protecting the personal information of the users who make the report.

In addition, the original reporting channels of telephone: 010-58813000, email: [email protected] and fax: 010-58812666 are still open to users.

Meanwhile, to encourage internet users to actively make a report on bad domain names, CNNIC's complaints handling center will conduct a prize draw from users whose reporting has been verified and every day 10 winners will receive a gift worth about CNY200. The deadline for this gift giving policy is still not decided.
