Amway Floating Children's Home, launched by Liaoning Provincial Women's Federation and Amway (China)'s Liaoning branch, has been launched in Xinzhaizi Central Primary School in Gangjinzi District, Dalian, Liaoning to provide aid to migrant children.

Altogether 15 Amway Floating Children's Homes will be built in the 14 schools that have the most migrant children in the 14 municipalities of Liaoning Province, with two in Dalian. Amway's Liaoning branch will donate more than CNY100,000 for computers, TV sets, DVDs, tables, chairs, books, and other supplies.

The program is expected to improve the education and the living environment of the floating children.

Statistics show that the province now has 143,000 floating children in schools that are facing various difficulties and problems in their education, psychology and life. In June 2008, China Children and Teenagers' Fund and Amway China launched the "Sunshine Program" caring for floating children.
