Sun Bo, a director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, has disclosed to the local media that AQSIQ will set up a quality credit system to blacklist companies involved in quality related accidents and quality problems.

Sun stated that AQSIQ would spend three years building up the quality credit system to implement a classified quality credit management by focusing on products closely related to people's livelihood.

Sun said that AQSIQ had set up an enterprise quality archive focusing on enterprise quality management, product quality and quality supervision, which covered a total of 17 product categories and this has laid a strong foundation for the establishment of the quality credit system.
