PICC Releases Corporate Social Responsibility Report In China

The People's Insurance Company of China has released its first corporate social responsibility report in Beijing, summarizing the accomplishments PICC has made in recent years.
Wu Yan, the president of PICC, announced that the company will publish CSR report annually from 2008 for improve communication between PICC and the public.
In recent years, PICC has taken part in social management and medical security systems construction. It has also assisted the government to carry out traffic safety and public security management, to help build a harmonious society.
PICC was the insurance partner of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and is also the global partner of the Shanghai World Expo.
