Beijing Hotel Pledges A Low-Carbon Lifestyle

Aiming at carbon emission reduction an "I Swear a Low-carbon Living" activity took place at the parking lot of Swissotel Beijing on International Earth Day activity. Booklets introducing how to live in a low-carbon lifestyle produced by Swissotel Hotels and Resorts and World Wild Fund for Nature were distributed to local residents during the activity. The organizer placed clean white socks on the exhaust pipe of participating cars, and ran the engines for two minutes to call for "one-day car free in a month" action.
