New Measures For Young Employees In Beijing

Beijing Municipal Commission has launched five measures to care for the mental health of young employees.

The five measures include: launching a special hotline in Beijing (12355) to offer mental support to young employees, inviting professional social organizations to offer support in companies, training a team of 500 young-people development coaches, inviting experts to offer tutoring, and carrying out various young employee development programs.

In addition, the Youth League at various levels will meet young employees to listen to their opinions, learn about their needs, answer their questions, help them to solve the difficulties they face in their life and promote their development.

The Municipal Youth League Commission will carry out a volunteer program to offer various voluntary services to the children of migrant workers. It will also set up a platform to facilitate the development of young workers, offering such services as quality training, career design, and social-networking activities.

Meanwhile, various youth organizations will be established to enhance the sense of belonging among young employees.
