To encourage China's youth to use the Internet in sustainable ways the Chinese Teenager Green Network Building and Spreading Alliance has been formally established in Beijing.
Jointly launched by the Culture Market Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and the China Youth Internet Association, the alliance aims to guide green online surfing among teenagers and promote the sustainable development of green network products.
In addition, the Alliance will serve as a platform for displaying green network products. It will publish periodic test reports on network products and provide cost-effective channels for the promotion of green network products and services.
