Jiangsu Blacklists 44 Construction Companies

Jiangsu province has issued a circular which states that 44 construction companies will be blacklisted from the Jiangsu market due to their delaying payment of workers' salaries.

The companies include Jinagsu Jianglin Construction Group Company, Zhongfu Construction Company, Zhejiang Shi'an Construction Group Company and Jiangsu Nantong Lvjia Construction Engineering Company.

Of the 44 companies, 43 are said to have caused labor disputes in Jiangsu, including nine in Nanjing, nine in Changzhou, six in Wuxi, six in Huai'an, four in Suzhou, three in Nantong, three in Taizhou, two in Lianyungang, and one in Zhenjiang.

In addition, Jiangsu Hongyuan Construction Engineering Company has also been punished for delaying payment to construction workers in Jinan in Shandong province.

These companies have been listed as the main objects of supervision and barred from attending any construction project bidding in Jiangsu.
